Sea Glass

Back in 7th grade I got a poem published called Sea Glass. Here it is
Sea Glass
I am sea glass,
Beautiful and pure.
I once had sharp edges,
Now I am smooth.
People tend to go to the bigger piece,
Rather than tiny me.
I travel to place after place.
Sometimes I get buried.
Not seen for days.
If you dig,
then you can find me.
I am sea glass.
Easily broken,
But smooth.
And if you look closely,
you can see right through me.

I don't know why I wrote this, but I still love it even to this day. The simplicity of it is so important to me.
I remember feeling so alone when I wrote this, I had negleted God for a long time. Soon though I started to cmoe back to him. And I am so glad I did
Look at this photo

This shows a collection of sea glass. Sure there are big pieces in there, but there are also small pieces. There's colored, there's not colored. How amazing that our God can take us and collect us. He doesn't care how warn down we are, he doesn't care about our color or how rough we are, He still loves us equally.
So here's my question to you
How big of a piece of glass are you?
Are you still rough
Or are you smooth
And has God collected you yet?
